PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST.

*IMPORTANT – THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("YOU") AND MSCI INC. ("MSCI"). BEFORE USING ANY PART OF THE MSCI ESG LOGO AND/OR WEBSITE (THE “PRODUCT”), YOU SHOULD READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT LINKED HERETO (THE “TERMS") AS THEY GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PRODUCT. MSCI IS WILLING TO LICENSE AND ALLOW SUCH USE ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE (AS SET FORTH THEREIN AND BELOW) TO ALL OF THE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT GRANTED ANY PERMISSION TO ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE PRODUCT.
Accepting the Terms: (i) Clicking to Accept or Using the Product. In order to access or otherwise use the Product, you must agree to the Terms by: (i) clicking to accept the Terms; or (ii) using the Product. You understand and agree that MSCI will treat your use of the Product as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards. (ii) Authority to Accept the Terms. You represent that you have full power, capacity, and authority to accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to these Terms. If you don't have the legal authority to bind, please ensure that an authorized person from your entity consents to and accepts these Terms.

By submitting your personal information to MSCI Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively "MSCI"), you acknowledge and consent to MSCI processing your personal information accordingly. This may involve the transfer of your personal information to the offices of MSCI and/or its authorized third parties in countries outside your country of residence, which may not have the same privacy legislation as your country of residence. You also consent to being contacted by MSCI regarding MSCI's products and services. MSCI reserves the right to refuse a registration as well as restrict the distribution of MSCI's publications, in MSCI's discretion.
